Racing Against Winter ❆
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ,
By God’s grace, our monastery was established in 2022 and ever since then we have been striving to construct a new multi-purpose hospitality facility—a space dedicated to both the needs of the brotherhood and the service of our visitors. Construction is underway, but we need your help to finish!
Winter came early this year. Just yesterday morning, we used a leaf blower to clear snow before starting our work. Wisconsin’s changing seasons make it urgent to complete exterior projects and secure critical weather protections for the building. With your generosity, we can meet these priorities before the real snow arrives. Our hope is to have the facility functional, if not fully finished, by Pascha.
Since our founding, we have been devoted to this project—saving funds, clearing the land, laying the foundation, and securing the best deal on a reliable steel building that will serve as a second floor and roof. Now we need your help to bring it to completion before the weather stalls our progress and creates problems.
Your contributions will:
Finish the steel second floor and roof.
Install insulation, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Offer room for overnight accommodations to women and children.
Build a new kitchen and dining hall for guests (hopefully YOU one day!)
The progress so far has been a great blessing. With your help, we can finish the exterior before snow covers everything. Every contribution—whether through prayers, financial support, materials, labor, or purchasing icons from our shop (which make wonderful Christmas gifts)—will bring us closer to completion.
