Websites

Please note that we have two websites online:

Monastic Life

  • Our liturgical and daily language is English.

  • The monastery is located on 27 acres of land in the valleys of Crawford County in Southwestern Wisconsin.

New Building Project

We truly value and need your financial help to lay the foundations of a vital multi-purpose building for our growing monastery. Read more

Special Icon Orders

You are invited to contact us for information on personalized orders, wholesale accounts, and large icon sizes (up to 2x3 feet) for spaces like missions, church classrooms, and iconostases. We are able to mount icons that are not currently in our catalog if you have an existing image for us to work with.

Guest Information

Keeping in mind the traditional practices of our Church, please observe the following customs to help maintain a spirit of prayer during services:

  • Men and boys should wear pants and long sleeves if possible.

  • Women and girls should wear a long skirt or dress, and long sleeves if possible.

By the Grace of God we are able to offer guest space for male pilgrims at our monastery. Please contact us to stay for a day, overnight, or for an extended period. There is no fee, but donations are welcome.

F.Y.I.

  • Nearby lodging: there are two options in the town of Boscobel: AmericInn and Sands Motel.

  • GPS: we are in the township of Marietta, Wisconsin. Some navigation systems show our location as Marietta.

  • Cell service: we do not receive the most reliable coverage at the monastery. If one drives to the entrance of the valley there is better service there for making calls.

Thank You

We appreciate your interest in America's newest Orthodox monastery. Please keep our brotherhood in your prayers. May this and all things be to God's glory.

+ Apolytikion of Saint Paul the Apostle

We venerate thee with gladness, O preacher of the Gentiles and thrice great star, teacher of the Athenians and splendor of the world. We honor thy struggles and tortures suffered on behalf of Christ, and thy sacred martyrdom. O Holy Apostle Paul, intercede with Christ God that our souls be saved.

Have a Blessed Day!
